Welcome to Sensory Seekers Play Cafe. By purchasing admissions, memberships, event tickets, birthday parties, or using our facility, website, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

General Facility Rules

• All children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

• Grippy socks are required for all children and adults entering play areas.

• Guests must follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions.

• Aggressive, unsafe, or destructive behavior may result in removal from the facility without refund.

• Sensory Seekers Play Cafe reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating facility rules or creating unsafe conditions.

Liability Waiver

Participation in playground activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, equipment injuries, allergic reactions, food-related injuries, and other accidental injuries.

By entering the facility, purchasing admission, booking services, or participating in activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Sensory Seekers Play Cafe LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims except in cases of gross negligence.

Parents and guardians accept full responsibility for supervising minors at all times.

Food & Beverage Disclaimer

Sensory Seekers Play Cafe serves hot beverages, cold beverages, snacks, desserts, and ice cream products.

Guests acknowledge that food and beverages may pose risks including:

• Burns from hot beverages

• Choking hazards

• Allergic reactions

• Spills or slip hazards

We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Products may contain or come into contact with dairy, nuts, soy, gluten, and other allergens.

Open Play Policy

Open play admission includes access during designated session times and operating hours.

• Admission purchases are non-refundable.

• Waivers must be signed before entering play areas.

• Open play availability may vary during private events or special programming.

• Outside food or drinks may be restricted during certain events or business hours.

Membership Policy

Membership Terms

Memberships provide unlimited open play during regular business hours for the duration of the selected membership term.

Available memberships may include:

• 1 Month Membership

• 3 Month Membership

• 6 Month Membership

• Annual Membership

Memberships are:

• Non-refundable

• Non-transferable

• Valid only for the individuals listed at purchase

Membership Cancellations

Memberships automatically expire at the end of their purchased term unless otherwise stated.

No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for:

• Unused time

• Missed visits

• Illness

• Temporary closures

• Schedule conflicts

Membership Suspension or Revocation

Sensory Seekers Play Cafe reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund for:

• Unsafe behavior

• Rule violations

• Fraudulent use

• Harassment of staff or guests

• Damage to property

Birthday Party Policy

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve party dates.

• Remaining balances are due according to the selected party package terms.

• Party reservations are not confirmed until payment and signed agreements are received.

Party Rules

• Party hosts are responsible for guests and children attending their event.

• Guests must follow all facility safety rules.

• Additional fees may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, overtime, or guest counts exceeding package limits.

Decorations & Food

Outside desserts and decorations may be permitted. Certain decorations or food items may be restricted for safety or cleanup purposes.

Events & Ticketed Experiences

Special events, themed experiences, and ticketed activities are non-refundable unless canceled directly by Sensory Seekers Play Cafe.

Event details, pricing, and participation limits may change without notice.

Photos & Social Media

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken inside the facility for promotional or social media purposes.

By entering the facility or participating in events, you consent to possible photography or video recording unless written notice is provided requesting exclusion.

Personal Property

Sensory Seekers Play Cafe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings including shoes, electronics, jewelry, strollers, bags, or personal items.

Facility Closures

Sensory Seekers Play Cafe reserves the right to temporarily close or adjust operating hours due to:

• Maintenance

• Weather

• Staffing

• Private events

• Emergencies

• Health-related concerns

Temporary closures do not qualify for refunds.

Privacy

Customer information collected through memberships, waivers, bookings, or purchases may be used for business operations, communication, safety records, and marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell customer information.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be handled in Door County, Wisconsin.
