The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services that are displayed on our Site at the time of you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, description, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase on our site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify your receipt of any refund.

Consumer Protection Law

Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Limitation of Liability

Sensory Seekers Play Cafe LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the site.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this site you indemnify and hold harmless Sensory Seekers Play Cafe LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any action, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of this site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be consistent and valid.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our site.

Sensory Seekers Play Cafe LLC Birthday Party Policy

 

Effective Date: November 2025

 

Thank you for considering Sensory Seekers Play Cafe LLC for your child’s special day! Please review our Birthday Party Policy below. By booking a party with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Booking & Payment Terms

 

Booking: All birthday parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.

 

Payment: The full price for the birthday party must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

 

Non-Refundable: Once paid, the birthday party fee is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, no portion of the fee will be refunded.

 

2. Party Size & Duration

 

Guest Limit: Each birthday party is limited to 20 children. This includes both birthday guests and any siblings or additional children attending the event.

 

Party Duration:

 

Parties will last for 4 hours.

 

At the end of the 4-hour party duration, open play will resume for the rest of the day, regardless of whether the party has finished or not.

 

Please be mindful of the time to ensure smooth transitions for other parties and open play customers.

 

3. Open Play During Party

 

Private Party Setup: During the birthday party, open play will be temporarily closed to ensure that your party has exclusive access to the play area.

 

Post-Party Open Play: Once the party duration ends (4 hours), open play will reopen for all customers, and your party space will no longer be exclusive.

 

4. General Terms

 

Code of Conduct: All guests must follow the facility rules, including safety guidelines and behavior policies. We reserve the right to end the party early or revoke access to the play area for any guests who do not comply with our rules.

 

Party Setup: You may arrive 1 hour before the party to set up. Please ensure that all guests have departed by the end of the 4-hour party duration. We ask that you leave the space in good condition.

 

Decorations & Food: You are welcome to bring decorations, cake, and other party-related items. However, all food and drinks must be provided by the host unless prior arrangements are made.

 

5. Acknowledgment

 

By booking your birthday party with Sensory Seekers Play Cafe LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Sensory Seekers Play Café LLC Membership Policy

Effective Date: November 2025

 

1. Membership Terms & Pricing

 

Monthly Membership: $40/month.Provides unlimited access to the playground for the duration of the month during our open play hours. 

 

Annual Membership: $250/year. Provides unlimited access for the entire year. Paid in full at the time of purchase.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle (end of the month for monthly memberships, or end of the year for annual memberships).

 

How to Cancel: To cancel, please email SensorySeekersco@gmail.com or complete the cancellation form at the front desk.

 

Non-Refundable:

 

Monthly Memberships: Once paid, membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will still have access to the playground for the remainder of the current month, but no refund will be issued.

 

Annual Memberships: All annual fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you will retain access for the remainder of the year, but no prorated refunds will be issued.

 

3. Facility Closure or Interruptions

 

Temporary Closures: If Sensory Seekers Play Cafe LLC must temporarily close due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, health-related closures), we will extend your membership for the duration of the closure. However, no refunds will be issued for closures or interruptions.

 

4. Membership Changes

 

Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust membership fees. Any increase will be communicated in advance, and you can cancel your membership before the price change.

 

Service Changes: We may modify the services or benefits associated with memberships. Any changes will be communicated to members.

 

5. General Terms

 

Binding Agreement: This agreement is binding under Wisconsin state law. By purchasing a membership, you agree to abide by all terms outlined in this policy.

 

Code of Conduct: Membership requires adherence to all facility rules. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership for failure to comply. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Wisconsin law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Door County, Wisconsin.

 

6. Acknowledgment

 

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including the non-refundable policy. You also understand that you can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for fees already paid.
